Tenancy Information

  • A holding deposit of up to 1 week's rent.

  • A tenancy deposit of 5 weeks rent where the yearly rental amount is less than 50,000 per annum.

  • A payment of 50.00 inc. VAT to alter the tenancy agreement, when requested by a tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher.

  • Interest at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate, for late payment of rent (which is more than 14 days overdue). Therefore a daily rate may be calculated and can be added from day 15 of non-payment onwards but the interest can then be applied back to the day after the due date.

  • A payment of reasonable costs incurred for the loss of a key to, or other security device giving access to the housing to which the tenancy relates for which receipts will be provided.

  • Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy when requested by the Tenant.

  • Payment to service providers in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.

  • Other payments, permitted under appropriate legislation, including damages.

  • We are a member of the Ombudsman property redress scheme.

  • We are a member of the UKALA client money protection scheme.
